i could check in early, a lifesaver after traveling all night.. plus, the reception operates 24/7, super convenient. the staff greeted me with a smile every time, that simple gesture.
The bathroom door was a bit of a hassle. The handle was broken, so it was hard to close the door properly.

the staff seemed quite friendly and always greeted me with a nice smile. my room was newly renovated and very affordable too. i was happy they provide a space for storing luggage before check-in or after check-out,.
the pillows are very flat, so bringing a second one is a good idea.

the reception operates 24 hours, very helpful. the hotel is very central , many points of interest are within walking distance. public transportation is only a few meters away.
i was woken up several times during the night. people closing doors to their rooms were so loud that i was woken up. the sound isolation to the hallway is very poor.

I found the staff friendly and professional. The room was clean and well-equipped with necessary amenities. The hotel's location is right next to the main train station, providing convenient access to the U-bahn and S-bahn. I also appreciated how easy it was to walk to Marienplatz from the hotel.

i found the location convenient near public transport (i could easily reach all city attractions). the staff was very accommodating and friendly. they kindly stored my luggage after checkout, which allowed me to explore a bit more. my room was clean and modern.
the room lacked a bit of soundproofing, so street noise was noticeable at times.
